NXZ消泡劑

本品為礦物油類消泡劑，廣泛應(yīng)用于乳膠漆、乳液以及以此為基礎(chǔ)的涂料和粘合劑。在不同粘度和不同 PVC種均有非常好的消抑泡性。物質(zhì)組分中不含NP、APEO；不含REACH法規(guī)中SVHC清單中所提物質(zhì)。

NXZ消泡劑屬于一款環(huán)境友好型產(chǎn)品。在較低添加量下能保持非常優(yōu)異的消抑泡效果。不含有機(jī)硅，對漆膜影響小，不會出現(xiàn)油縮，相容性好。穩(wěn)定性好，儲存期內(nèi)效果穩(wěn)定，不易出現(xiàn)分層現(xiàn)象。

推薦用量

已有的研究和經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明：NXZ 在成品漆中質(zhì)量比為 0.1--0.3%，更精 準(zhǔn)的添加量，需根據(jù)該配方體系的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)得出。

包裝與貯存

25kg、180kg、950kg閉口塑料桶包裝。 貯存溫度 3-40℃ , 如果受凍，不可直接加熱，宜在室溫下融化后攪拌均勻后使用。
